Welcome to Easy Trucker. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Trucker platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Easy Trucker provides a web-based profit and loss tracking tool designed for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. The Service allows you to track revenue, fuel costs, operating expenses, and calculate weekly profit. Easy Trucker is a financial tracking tool only and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Easy Trucker offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Easy Trucker, including invoices, fuel entries, operating costs, and truck information. You may export your data at any time via CSV download. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Easy Trucker available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Trucker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Easy Trucker is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Financial Data: You may enter revenue figures, fuel costs, operating expenses, truck information, and invoice details. This data is stored solely to provide the Service to you.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address. This helps us improve the product.

Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your subscription and billing
• Send you important account notifications (password resets, billing alerts)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After account deletion, all personal and financial data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including:

• Payment processing: To handle subscription billing (we never store your full credit card number)
• Cloud hosting: To securely host the application and your data
• Email delivery: To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it as directed by us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the Service or CSV export
• Correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting support
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy

Easy Trucker is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
